I are writing to share some important changes at Brave Factor as we continue to evolve and adapt to the dynamic landscape of web design and development.
First and foremost, I want to express our deepest gratitude to our incredible team in Indonesia. Their dedication, talent, and hard work have been integral to our success over the past five or so years. But as we pivot our business model, we have unfortunately downsized our in-house team. This decision was not made lightly, and we are committed to supporting our team members, finding new opportunities where they can continue to thrive.
At Brave Factor, I have always been passionate about creating visually stunning and user-centric web designs. As the industry evolves, I believe it is crucial to hone our expertise and focus on what we do best: strategy and design. This allows us to pour all our energy and creativity into delivering exceptional design solutions for our clients.
While we are no longer offering web development services in-house, our commitment to delivering comprehensive solutions remains the same. We have built a robust network of trusted development partners who share our high standards of quality and reliability.
This transition marks a new chapter for Brave Factor, one that is bittersweet but hopeful for a better future for all.
Thank you and with much love,
Lauren Kay
