THE CHALLENGE
The Alliance for Children’s Rights is a nonprofit organization who provides free legal services and advocacy for caregivers, adoptive parents, children, and teens in Los Angeles County’s foster care system. But they struggled to update their website, and improve the look of their brand. So they hired Brave.
"We needed the site to be updated to a more intuitive, user-friendly site that was not only a way to share impact, but also be a functional resource for our clients and partners. We wanted resources and updates on the site to be sharable and for clients, donors, and users to be able to easily interact with us online and find what they're looking for."

INSIGHTS
We helped identify The Alliance for Children’s Right as being the Encouraging Experts, with an unwavering confidence and influential tone of voice. Through user journey discovery with The Alliance, we helped streamline their system so the admin can update the site easier, and the client can get help faster.
"The Brave Factor team has a knack for identifying the unique needs and priorities of a non profit client, taking that knowledge and incorporating it seamlessly into design. I was impressed with the first look at design options presented to us—they were ALL very strong."
VY PHAM, Director of Communications Alliance for Children's Rights
RESULTS
Using their iconic orange brand color, we create a simple, but friendly brand style for them, helping them connect with donors, volunteers, and people seeking help.
FINAL THOUGHTS
We helped the Alliance for Children’s Rights make it easier for visitors to donate, volunteer, and learn more about the organization. Alliance reported that it’s so much easier for their team to update the website, saving them time and heartache. They also saw online applications come through easier, with less calls and emails asking for help. We hope the new site will help many families in Los Angeles in the years to come.
