In L.A. County, thousands of children live through abuse and neglect. But Allies for Every Child aims to change the status quo. They help thousands across the county, but they felt that their story and brand felt flat. Allies worked with Brave to create a fresh website that fully shows the care and love they put into their work.

The Challenge

Allies for Every Child supports underserved, vulnerable children and their families in Los Angeles County by providing a full range of crucial, multidisciplinary services, including child development (early care and education and special needs) and child welfare (foster care and adoption, family support, family preservation, infant and family mental health, health consultation and referrals). But this was not clear from their communications.

Insights

We worked together with Vidi Global to discover their unique brand anthem. Their previous marketing and communications felt flat, not properly conveying what they actually do for families in the L.A. area. After donor interviews and a deep discovery session, we put together a comprehensive communications strategy that focused on the depth of their services that cares for the whole child.

“They were responsive to feedback and really took everything to heart and made it work. They were able to take some of our more challenging ideas and get them onto the website cleanly, making things much nicer looking than we thought was possible."

“We would highly recommend them, and they’re worth every penny."

The Results

We created a more beautiful website with better storytelling to connect with their unique target audiences. Using their brand colors, cheerful imagery, and bold headlines, we created a new way to authentically tell their story.
